When was Seinfeld on Hulu? I’ve been re watching on Netflix

49

u/Unlikely-Bandicoot85 May 15 '22

I think it was before the Netflix deal. In my country it was on Amazon Prime before the deal, so i’m not entirely sure.

9

u/Mrrykrizmith May 15 '22

I remember watching it on Hulu about 5 years ago.

5

u/groobes May 15 '22

It left Hulu at some point in 2021

6

u/poompt May 15 '22

Before it was on Netflix

1

u/Gullible-Visual9581 May 16 '22

Yes, I saw it too.

5

u/Mr_Poop_Himself May 15 '22

I remember them advertising it a lot in like 2016

4

u/JAYCEE-- May 15 '22

Sometimes it's only $30-$60 for the whole series. Check during major holidays. It's great just having it any time

2

u/averagecounselor May 15 '22

This. After it left Hulu I just bought it for 30 bucks on Apple TV. Best purchase ever.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Thanks for this!

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Yesssss! I’ve got to find it! I remember all of these scenes from the original shows!

1

u/PrimarchKonradCurze May 15 '22

I think Seinfeld was always on Hulu. I had Hulu in college cause it was free for students here like 10+ years ago iirc. Not certain though.

4

u/deadstar420 May 15 '22

Free Hulu for students, the good ol’ days

1

u/LogicalAbroad9755 May 16 '22

Before Netflix.

when you don't have friends, memes become dank

18

u/KKKlabauterclown May 15 '22

Or “friends” that stab you in the back all the time lol

5

u/ComradeAnthony May 15 '22

Unfortunately, relatable...

2

u/WoopyBoi323 May 15 '22

Or those who ignore what you say if it isn’t the funni

2

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Or ignore you altogether! My small circle ⭕️ of friends became a • (dot), during covid.

2

u/Sweaty-Toe-7847 May 16 '22

I recently left the Army after 26 years. I landed the job i thought i had no chance getting, for more money than i thought and with far far better benefits than i thought. I told one of my supposedly closest mates, and his reaction was 'that's good mate, now you just need to loose some weight'. I would understand if it were a job as a personal trainer but it was in IT.

We are not that close anymore.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Still trying to get the knives out of my back!

8

u/lacielaplante May 15 '22

Yeah these memes really just remind me how lonely I am these days.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

I’m right there with you ❤️

2

u/alphabet_order_bot May 15 '22

Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.

I have checked 793,140,914 comments, and only 157,865 of them were in alphabetical order.

2

u/FeFiFoPinky May 16 '22

And yet, bot, your comments will never be. What creator would give you the ability to recognise beauty but not the one to attain it?

2

u/1plus1dog May 16 '22

Yeah. Wow.. haven’t had this happen before!

Is it just me or nobody tells people about the job process until you get a job? I'm interviewing and applying all over the place but haven't told anyone about the two phone interviews that I passed (well now Reddit knows hehe)

17

u/DEVIL_MAY5 May 15 '22

Best of luck. I did several interviews and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

6

u/garlic_bread_thief May 15 '22

Thanks. Best of luck to you too!

3

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Best wishes on landing the best one!

8

u/dankprogrammer May 15 '22

this is how i am too. i just hate telling people i got an interview and then having to tell them i didn't make it to the next round over and over again until i actually land something. I'd rather just keep it to myself and just tell my friends when i actually do land something. my wife is the opposite with her friends though. she's more like the gif.

3

u/Obamas_Tie May 16 '22

I don't really tell anyone unless they ask. I've failed so many interviews that I just rather not get anyone's hopes up.

2

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

I’d think that would be totally normal Good luck to you!

2

u/Ancalagon523 May 16 '22

That's how it works for most people. Apart from the few that they might be taking advice from, most people don't tell others about interview process because well, it's just a process you aren't there yet.

21

u/pdale33 May 15 '22

You guys have friends?

12

u/slimpimp2phat May 15 '22

Just accepted a higher paying job after years of trials and tribulations, this meme is just the right timing !

2

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Best of everything to you! I hope you continue to love it!

12

u/FrellPumpkin May 15 '22

I‘m currently watching Seinfeld for the first time, so far it has been getting better with every season! I really enjoy it!

3

u/King_Ivan_ May 15 '22

Yeah me too! Can’t believe that almost 30 years before it came. But here we are the new fans of the serie.

4

u/SemicolonD May 15 '22

When you're done, watch "Curb Your Enthusiasm". It's with Larry David, playing himself, he (and Jerry) made Seinfeld. Got a lot of the same humor, but in a very different and brilliant way.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Omg yes!! Absolutely LOVED “Curb”!

2

u/Mr_not-very-cool May 15 '22

I just finished it. Its so great. I remember at the start of season 3 noticing an increase in quality.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

It’s an awesome show I felt was way ahead of it’s time way back then. The humor is fantastic!

33

u/BowelTheMovement May 15 '22

I envy people who can find jobs worth being happy about... and don't find it turning into a regretful decision shortly there after.

11

u/[deleted] May 15 '22

Being forced to spend hours of your life forever for some shitty company definitely isn't worth celebrating...

4

u/Erlian May 15 '22

Doesn't have to be a shitty company. Can be a company with a good business model / mission, or a nonprofit, or govt job. Or just a kinda normal company in a role w good work life balance doing something you're kinda good at and/or enjoy more than most work.

78

u/Gunpowder_1000 May 15 '22

Look, it’s the dance from Fortnite!!!

18

u/ShutItBawbag86 May 15 '22

Exactly my first thought!

3

u/Fineous4 May 15 '22

Look at the clothes from back then though.

3

u/Mr_not-very-cool May 15 '22

There not that different to today

2

u/Fineous4 May 15 '22

The mens clothes, sure. But you would never see Elaine’s style now. Too baggy.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Baggy ugly prairie type clothes are “in” for women these days. IMO, they suck!

1

u/Key_Middle4054 May 15 '22

loads shotgun i just wanna talk to him

1

u/TheScottymo Survey 2017 May 16 '22

Yeah I saw it and went "oh THAT'S where they stole Jubilation from"

21

u/AdzjM May 15 '22

I’m hoping this is me in a week, when/if I get the promotion I’m going for! 🙌

3

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Best wishes that you get it!

3

u/AdzjM May 16 '22

Thankyou 😊

2

u/1plus1dog May 16 '22

Of course!

4

u/AdamantEevee May 15 '22

Rooting for you

3

u/AdzjM May 15 '22

Thankyou 😊🤞

3

u/arcadereload May 15 '22

Good luck!

2

u/AdzjM May 15 '22

Thank you 😊

3

u/Bromaz May 15 '22

Same! Good luck 🤞

5

u/ShellOfNutshell May 15 '22

I'm somewhere here and i can relate to this 100%

3

u/Kasper513 May 15 '22

Imagine having friends;(

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

I can relate

11

u/count-drake May 15 '22

This is actually me!!!! I start working today actually.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Awesome 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

2

u/count-drake May 15 '22

7

u/EzioKenway977 May 15 '22

Congratulations on getting that job! Good luck on the job too!

3

u/theducksystem May 15 '22

reminds me of my VIP list, after I finished and published a writing project of mine I had a list of folks who I knew instantly were destined for a VIP copy of the cookbook because they were so helpful

3

u/snorbii May 15 '22

who has 3 physical friends nowdays?

2

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Nope. Not me

2

u/hellcatneko May 15 '22

What friends?

2

u/BobvanNimwegen May 15 '22

Awesome Dannce moves

2

u/CrowBright5352 May 15 '22

This is so relatable. True friends will be happy for your success especially when they knew the hardships you overcame.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

They certainly SHOULD

2

u/No-Personality3988 May 15 '22

So glad y'all have friends! Because, who wouldn't be lost without our precious friends! I love our friends!

2

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Love my on line friends. Physically, and available friends is the issue I have. Or I should say “don’t have”

2

u/UnderstandingNo7096 May 15 '22

Imagine having “friends”

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Was so different back then

2

u/todezz8008 May 15 '22

I'm currently waiting to hear back if I got my dream job so I'm saving this gif bc my whole family and my friends are all just biting their nails waiting to hear back.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

So glad you’ve got supportive people!

2

u/SnooPears5004 May 15 '22

I haven't seen another human being outside of work in 3 years.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Do repair people count? I can’t recall when I’ve hugged someone or they hugged me anymore.

2

u/LonelyLilKaiju May 15 '22

You guys have friends? And they support you?

2

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Not here

2

u/slowboytommy May 15 '22

This is me after 2 years of unemployment

2

u/FeatureEast2577 May 15 '22

This was me and my friends in 2020 when we could start hanging out again but nobody knew if hugging was acceptable yet

2

u/SketchAinsworth May 15 '22

Ugh I’m so nervous about this, been at the same place for 5 years and enjoy it. My boss is cool but I’m grossly underpaid and bored…I want that cash but I’m so scared

2

u/dave-gonzo May 15 '22

Now all I need are friends.

2

u/Federal-Atmosphere59 May 15 '22

When they didn't stick around to see it :(

2

u/freshlyfreya May 15 '22

That was me on Friday.

2

u/JasonShoes May 15 '22

Just happened to me last week and this is how I felt.

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Yayyyyy!

2

u/JasonShoes May 16 '22

Thanks! Landed my dream job working for a major league sports team in the city I grew up in.

2

u/cherrrydarrling May 15 '22

I’m hoping to feel this way this week 🤞🏻🤞🏻

2

u/boxlessthought May 15 '22

Just did this. Got fired because a manger lied and dragged me down with him. And a week later I started at an even better company with better pay

2

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Was meant to be! I hope you continue to love it and thrive!

2

u/IchiGoSanWareMeChan May 15 '22

Introverts feeling discomfort lol

2

u/Key_Middle4054 May 15 '22

Hey the girl copied that dance from fortnite

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

Lol 😂 other way around!

2

u/AntiGravity1130 May 15 '22

Damn woman are lucky for these kind of friends

1

u/1plus1dog May 15 '22

And they were, because no social media, not much of anything but making and having friends

2

u/Snackasm May 15 '22

I mean I hope to get my new job but I couldn't care less what my friends think, I honestly just can't wait for my current job to fall apart without me. I hope they struggle.

2

u/fetchmemywine May 15 '22

This makes me smile:)

2

u/WittyBonkah May 15 '22

Currently lost and realizing it’s because I’ve been hella lonely since covid

1

u/1plus1dog May 16 '22

Was before it, but covid really clinched it for learning who’s a real friend or not. I had lots of “or nots”, I let go of completely

2

u/AR_Harlock May 15 '22

What's a friend and where can I get one?

2

u/Internetboy5434 May 15 '22

Hopefully that job would give good benefits

2

u/acy88 May 15 '22

To quote Squirrelly Dan, "Must be f****n nice"

2

u/Neptune083 May 15 '22

Post this on r/antiwork and see there reaction

2

u/Bromaz May 15 '22

I am waiting to hear back from an interview. I hope this is me next week!

2

u/1plus1dog May 16 '22

Fingers crossed 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

2

u/Jtg1960 May 15 '22

Seinfeld: one of the best comedies ever with the worst dancers ever lol

2

u/1plus1dog May 16 '22

Purposely bad! Great job of it!

2

u/Soggy-Buns May 15 '22

Explains why I'm lost. I ain't got any friends 😢

2

u/EmpireoftheNerds May 15 '22

i just got an entry level job at a big bank, ive been doing side gigs here and there but never constant work. my friends have had to put up with my "im poor" excuse for social gatherings for quite some time. sometimes theyd even pay just for me to be there and i gotta tell you, those times they do is great af. ive been slowly getting insane not working full time and seeing my friends start getting lead and senior positions in their companies. i know you arent supposed to compare yourself to them but it definitely still sucks regardless.

im so happy to get this job even entry level. :)

1

u/1plus1dog May 16 '22

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

2

u/thedeadpixel--- May 15 '22

This was just me a few weeks ago:) having friends who believe in you helps the universe push that stuff through I swear

2

u/MNTLDoctor May 15 '22

If you had friends that would be nice

2

u/mikeShirley May 15 '22

That was me mid January. Looking back, wish it came with more money than the people I regulate.

1

u/slim-95 May 15 '22

I gave my resignation to my ex employer after finding a better job and they sacked me on the spot.

1

u/arcadereload May 15 '22

I’m waiting my 3 moths before I celebrate 😬

1

u/CuriousGoo May 15 '22

Wondering whether I should post this meme on LinkedIn ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

1

u/hola_amigo06 May 15 '22

Congrats human!

1

u/I-Eat-Senko-Bread May 15 '22

Mm, yes, good.

1

u/maxthe_m8 May 15 '22

there is no joke here

1

u/odellusv2 May 15 '22

i don't think i could ever be this happy about getting a job, and i don't really understand why anyone else would either.

1

u/ginge_s May 15 '22

cries in unemployment

1

u/HypeXeon May 15 '22

Omg guys!!!! It's the dance from Fortnite!!!!!!😲😲😲😲😲🍑🍑🍑🍑🏳️‍🌈

1

u/hrdrck1117 May 15 '22

Lol....what episode is this?

1

u/Vixxen_Chyna May 15 '22

that is always a good thing

1

u/JunkMai1Throwaway May 15 '22

Wow, Jubilation from Fortnite on tv, good to see the old classic emotes getting some love.

1

u/Physical-Ad5299 May 15 '22

And then you get the letter that the interview was sent to the wrong person

1

u/BBR204 May 15 '22

This is probably the most unrelatable post I’ve ever seen

1

u/DanceBoiDancing May 15 '22

i had two of these when i was a teen. I still have them somewhere.

1

u/deathisuponus1234567 May 15 '22

Fortnite emote

1

u/JPull07 May 16 '22

Where do you think it came from smh 🤦🏼‍♂️

1

u/anonymity_anonymous May 15 '22

See, they are not bad people, they are good people

1

u/Fozzie14 May 15 '22

Been waiting for that moment since 2010.

1

u/monky767 May 15 '22

You assume I have friends

1

u/Sufficient_Cash_9714 May 15 '22

This about to be me 😮‍💨

1

u/Dimeglius May 15 '22

Who filmed my upstairs neighbors?

1

u/ryanmulford May 15 '22

…job? …friends? 🤷‍♂️🤔

1

u/MiMicMi May 16 '22

Anyone know what episode it's from?

1

u/Enforcement94 May 16 '22

Recently started watching Seinfeld for the first time, my god the show is a GIF mine.

1

u/zvon2000 May 16 '22

You guys have friends who support you???

1

u/IronFalcon1997 May 16 '22

Hoping this happens for me soon!

1

u/NoFail6857 May 16 '22

LOL!!! I sent this exact meme this week to one of my work friends who had been supporting me in my job search when I got the official offer for a much better job.

1

u/Gravitywolff May 16 '22

Saving this for when I can hopefully use this to tell my friends that I got the job

1

u/cbirk14 May 16 '22

This was me a few weeks ago! So grateful for my supportive friends!

1

u/lerker54651651 May 16 '22

hopefully that will be me in a few weeks. I got a buddy on the inside that said my name made it through the first two hurdles, and he thinks I'm a solid shoe-in. I hope I get it. my current job is good on paper, but the people i work for are just... such... bad people. Like, one of friends is currently suing them after they fired her, with no mixed words, for having cancer. one of the bosses will constantly call up to the office when she comes in too late to get a good parking spot, and have someone move their car so she can have their spot. retaliations for not doing exactly what they want. harassing their employees just to laugh at them. stuff like that. they've driven so many people away that we're all working 12 hour shifts, and 12-day long intervals, all the time.

i need this new job because my current one is killing me.

1

u/tess3raction May 16 '22

"Just because you didn't like a game, you're not gonna like it because you never finished it."

1

u/Certain-Hyena8788 May 16 '22

I am hoping this is me in the next couple of days...been out of work for 7 weeks and it is the worst thing

1

u/bahamapapa817 May 16 '22

I just want to be as happy as someone who graduated college and got a job in their field but before they start that job

1

u/horatioandhamlet May 16 '22

I have an interview tomorrow for a job my friend sent me, fingers crossed I get to share good news with her!

1

u/Big-Ambition3051 May 16 '22

Kramer's hair even jumps up and down🤔

1

u/Big-Ambition3051 May 16 '22

I love Kramer..somebody has to.

1

u/rainycatdays May 16 '22

Happy feet

1

u/LazangaMaddy May 16 '22

this is cool because in just a few hours, i learn if i get hired for my first EVER job and i’m so excited

1

u/wafflesandpau May 16 '22

I want to tag someone but my reddit account is my private acc

1

u/palomaa_96 May 16 '22

I’m waiting for this to be me. Fingers crossed it’ll be soon!

1

u/JastorJ May 16 '22

When you see a gif from your favorite show😍😍. Unlike other shows Seinfeld gets better and better with every season.
